1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used bathroom essentials and personal care items.
  • Customized furniture or made-to-order products.
  • Installed appliances or solar & roofing materials once used.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@homechoiceitems.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Items must be returned to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our policy.
